Abrasive Blast Systems has over 4 decades of experience building custom and modified blast equipment. We have built custom machines for companies and organizations across the industry spectrum and across the globe. ABS custom machines are designed, fabricated, assembled, and tested in-house at our facility in Abilene, KS.

Our Process

When a customer needs a blast system for a specific operation or process, we turn to our experienced, in-house engineering team. Our team works with the customer to determine whether a completely custom system will be needed or whether it might be easier to modify one of our more standard machines.  ABS has designed and built hundreds of custom machines for some of the largest organizations in the world.  We have the experience and the determination to ensure that every custom machine is designed and built to meet the customer’s specific requirements; on-time and on-budget.
