These modular blast systems allow for higher production capabilities, greater versatility, and easy operation. Marathon cabinets are available in either pressure or suction models and can utilize a wide variety of abrasive media.

ABS Pressure Cabinets

Abrasive Blast System’s Marathon PRCM cabinets use a highly engineered pressure vessel to store the abrasive media.  These systems maintain the same pressure in both the pressure vessel as well as in the compressed air line and the media is fed into the airstream through an ABS pop-up valve.

These PRCM pressure cabinets are ideal for situations that require a more aggressive surface treatment.  While they are more powerful than SRCM systems, they also require more compressed air, which can be a challenge at some facilities.
